Mondays

  Today is another cold monday. Today is also picture day.
  I am glad I didn't forget that it was picture day today, because I know some people did. people taking your pictures in school when you are not prepared for it is not a good feeling.
  I thought today actually passed very fast. Usually I have always felt that Mondays were the slowest day in a week. Technically it should be Friday because on Fridays you know that when the day ends you will have a whole weekend to rest and not get up at 7:00 every moring. Or maybe Wednesdays, because it is the middle day of a week and you are just over the "excitment" of coming back to school but not yet starting to hope for the weekends to start.
  But Mondays are the slowest for me. I think it is because I just had a whole weekend of relaxing, and on Monday I have to go back into the routine of getting up, going to school and everything.
  My favorite day in the week is Friday, of course, but other than that I really like Wednesdays too. When Thursdays comes, I keep thinking it is Friday, it kinda makes you sad when your hopes gets crushed.
  I really like going to school and it is really awesome to just see and talk to your friends. I wonder how I'd be like if I was stuck home all day alone with only my family. What a miserable scene, I would much rather go to school than stay at home.
  So yeah, my Monday was slow, and it ended with my off timetable choir class. We are currently preparing for Rememberance Day, which we will be performing for the school. I think it should be our very first performance. The songs are really good, I was getting goose bumps and shivering inside the whole time while I was singing it. It had such a big affect on me, I wonder why I never felt it when I was listening to it in the crowds. There was so much sadness, so much emotion in the songs...
  Well I am having a speech tomorrow for Debate Club and I hope I do well. Maybe I will post my speech tomorrow, definately something interesting to write about.
