It is also about high school, and unsurprisingly the kids in this high school were even older than the one in Mean Girls. I totally don't get the main character Olive. She is really kind, but what she chose to put herself through was really stupid. She agreed so that other people can say there was something that happened between them, so other people can be more popular or something. So stupid. I thought in this movie, the kids were definitely not like high school students, and the whole thing didn't feel like high school at all.
The whole thing about taking a blame for something you didn't do took on a whole new meaning.
