This is something that happened yesterday. I completely forgot about it until my French teacher mentioned it when we were talking about the weather after class.
Yesterday it hailed!!! And I was lucky enough to have P.E. right when it happened. When our class first started there was only some signs of rain. So our whole class went out to the field. During the time we were running laps it started to rain, when we started playing football it rained harder. It kept raining more and more, the sky turned grey and the wind picked up. The rain was hitting us so hard, at first you can still tell it was only water, but after a while the water became solid and the hailing began.
Our teacher called us and said we could go in and get under cover. But the boys in our class was just like 'its okay, lets keep playing'. So instead of taking cover, we continued playing football. I was really glad I had a jacket, but even with it on I still got soaked. (I finally get why we have to change for P.E. class)
Towards the end of class, the sun started to show again, and the hail finally stopped, and a small drizzling settled.
It was surprisingly very fun, I don't think I have ever been outside in that kind of weather before. We were playing football!!!
