Shots

Today all the grade nines had to take their shots. Well, not all of them because I know Mimi didn't have to take any. Apparently her mom didn't want her to take any shots.
I dont really mind taking the shots because it basically guards you agianst disease. I would rather endure some pain than get a flu or something.
Before I went back to China a fewp years ago, my mom had asked our family doctor to give me the shots required do to grade 6 or 7. I remember it clearly because one of the shots made my arms sore for pa whole week. Luckily it was my left arm instead of my right. Today I missed my pa announcement too go take shots so I went with the next wave of people. I thought I had to take 3 shots, but apparently I had already taken one of them so I didn't need to take it again. I ended up only taking two photos, yaya for me!
I wear a lot all the time, and my long sleeves were really hard too pull up. I got a shot on each arm, and I had to holds my sleeves up because it was so annoying. I think because of my sleeves it just made the shots more painful for me because the sleeves were too tight making it impossible to relax my arms. The first needle was okay, but the second needle which I remember was HPV, hurt a lot. It felt like someone was sticKing a needle up your arteries, which is exactly what they were doing but in a ore brutal and slow way. After we took the shots we had to sit around for a while, i didn't have any reactions then, so me and Jessie left after around fifteen minutes.
I had science that period and made the mistake of coping down notes too fast right after getting shots. It made my day more difficult because soon my arms started to be really really sore. I could hardly end my elbows or even use upper arm muscles. This is what I hate about getting shots, the reactions after wards...
I hope my arms won't be too sore for the rest of the week, I cat even write properly if it is too sore. I still don't get why we had to have our shots on a Wednesday in the iddle of the week...
