Take Your Kids To Work Day

Today is Take Your Kids To Work Day.
Since my parents are not available to take me to work, and my auntie can't take me either. So my cousin Sammi took me to her university to attend her classes with her.
Sammi goes to Capilano University, and she only had 2 classes today. So I woke up considerably late and we were going to take the bus to her school. But something was wrong with the bus we were taking today, apparently it didn't come for 2 rounds. So we were going to be late, and had to drive instead.
I have been to my cousin's university before, her class had a food festival and I went with her to help. However today was no festival, it was just normal university classes. I attended two classes with my cousin, I was really nervous at first but I got better and better later on. I don't think I was completely myself, I felt really odd and out of place sitting in the classroom. Of course the two teachers for the classes were extremely friendly and nice.
I noticed that in universities the level of concentration is higher then the classes in high school, and it was really hard for me to sit through the first class because naturally the classes in university were longer too.
I had an interesting experience, I have to say as hard as universities seemed, I thought it was quite fun. Of course this is coming from a high school student who doesn't have the burden of getting good grades and handing in papers on time so I guess my opinion doesn't really count.
I wasn't able to go to my orientation at Marpole today, still so sad. I did pay 6 dollars for it, and since I applied on the second orientation, I only attended 2 of the orientations. I think I should go there tomorrow and ask...
