Trick or Treat

I just came back home from Trick or Treating. I didn't get a lot of candy this year, the last time I went Trick or Treating was 3 years ago. I found that it was less fun then I remembered it. Maybe it is because the people this year wasn't really in the Halloween mood around our neighbourhood. We didn't even see one haunted house or lane.
But we did see this lady who was so good at pretending to be a zombie she was actually a zombie. So during our Trick or treating, we came across this house with a lady leaning on the front porch. She was as motionless as a statue, and looked really real. I, for one, thought she was fake, I went to the Halloween store the other day and saw stuff like this. But my cousin seemed to this it was real. We would have been there debating whether it was real or fake for a very long time, if another lady had not shown up at the door and offered us candy. Finally seeing a "real" person, we went and took our candy. And at that time the lady leaning on the porch moved and we knew she was real. Just so you know it wasn't just a lady leaning on the porch, it was a lady that wore dark coloured clothing and her hair covered half of her face so we couldn't see it.
After going around for a while, we came back to the road the zombie lady was on and saw her standing on the streets looking at us. We were so curious so we went her way, and she was so REAL!!! When she walked she walked in this very staggering pace, yet it was not dramatic like the movie ones. She didn't stick her hand out and only moved. We couldn't even see her face. One of my friends took a picture of her at that a  time with flash, and we finally saw her face. I was black and the one eye that was showing flipped white. Whoever that was, she is so very good at acting!!! I saw that she was holding a book, so I asked her what it was. She held out the book in front of my face and started walking towards us. We were keeping our distance, but with her walking closer we all got freaked out and jumped out of the way. My little brother got really sacred and started running behind us like crazy. Apparently the book was called "The Book of Mormons" or something like that. I don't get it... She kept walking towards us in that freaky staggering way and it was really dark so we finally ran away.
  BEST ZOMBIE EVER!!!
I really don't see the point of asking for candy. I mean you don't eat most of it anyway. Half of the candy I collected last time was put in a bag afterwards and forgotten. My grandma found it after a few years and it was already all bad.
Still, I guess the candy makes a good treat if you don't have anything to eat for lunch. I kind of regret not wearing my costume to school today. I looked really nice as a fairy bat.
Okay, can't believe still have a Socials test tomorrow. Got to go study!
